WHAT TO EXPECT…
Our process makes photos FUN and helps kids warm up quickly, while also GIVING SPACE for those who need more time. You can always expect our team to be calm and patient, creating a safe space for each child.
We create TIMELESS photos, FULL OF PERSONALITY. Our backdrop is simple so that the focus remains on the kid.
We are here to make the experience as STRESS-FREE as possible for everyone involved! That’s why we provide all communication, including parents flyers, posters, and a CUSTOMIZED SCHOOL WEBSITE just for you!
We hardly ever ask kids to smile, because asking them to “sit still and smile” doesn’t give them a chance to feel safe and seen. We CONNECT WITH KIDS THROUGH PLAY so that we can capture those genuine moments and giggles!
We work with many sizes of schools and daycares in the Lubbock, Amarillo and Abilene areas.
What we need from your school…
Communication is a big part of the process which is why we provide all parent information. There is no pre-registration, just parents bringing kids to school ready for photos. Your time and job are valuable, so we do our best to keep the work of photo day on us! When we give you the photo day info, we ask that you get that info out to parents quickly. We will need a roster of students as well as a photography space to set up (not to worry, we bring all the equipment, we don’t take up too much space, and we can help decide what location works best)! We start photo day first thing in the morning before kids get messy and tired. We will also need a staff member or parent as our Photo Day MVP - someone who knows the kids well, can tackle runaway boogers, and will bring the classes to and from the photo location.
More than anything, we create a safe space for all kids and we truly do have the best time with all your students! Online galleries will be available within 2 weeks of photo day. We take care of all ordering and quickly answer parent messages if questions arise.

There is no cost to the school. Purchasing photos is an option (but not required) by the parents.

Katie will always be the one taking the photos. You may also interact with Kelli along the way, as she keeps everything running smoothly. But we never hire out photos, Katie will always be the one with the camera (and possibly a photo day stuffy!).

Each child will have a private online gallery and the log in info will be given to parents on photo day. Galleries will be ready within 2 weeks of picture day, but parents can log on early to add in their contact information.
